  1. The service does not collect automatically any information besides cookie files content.
  2. Cookie files are information data, especially text files which are stored in the terminal equipment of the Service User and which are used for browsing the service Internet sites. Cookies usually contain the name of the Internet site they come from, the time of storing them in the terminal equipment and a unique number.
  3. The subject placing cookie files on the User’s terminal equipment and having access to them is the service operator of Newtech Engineering Sp. z o.o. seated at ul. Sowińskiego 3, 44-100 Gliwice.
  4. Cookie files are used for the following:
    1. Adjusting the content of the service Internet sites to the User’s preferences and optimization of Internet sites usage. Such files help to recognize User’s terminal equipment and show the Internet site adjusted to their individual needs;
    2. Statistics purposes, which help to understand the way Users browse Internet sites and enhance their content and structure;
    3. Maintaining one session (after logging in) so as to avoid logging on each sub-site.
  5. In the Service there are two kinds of cookie files: session cookies, and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored in the User’s terminal equipment until log out, leaving the Internet site or switching off the Internet browser. Persistent cookies are stored in the User’s terminal equipment during the time specified in cookie files parameters or until the User removes them.
  6. Within the Service the following types of cookie files are or might be used:
    1. Strictly necessary cookies enabling to use the Service, e.g. authorization cookies within the Service;
    2. Security cookies used to detect authorization misuse within the Service;
    3. Permanent cookies which enable to analyse users' surfing behaviour within the Service websites.
    4. Functional cookies enable to “remember” User’s chosen settings and interface personalization, e.g. regarding the language and region of origin, font size, Internet site layout, etc;
    5. Advertising cookies providing the User with adverts more adjusted to their interests;
    6. Statistics cookies
  7. In many cases an Internet browser automatically allows to store cookies in the User’s terminal equipment. The User can change settings regarding cookie files at any time. Such setting can be changed especially to block automatic cookie service in browser settings or inform about their placement in the equipment of the Service User.   8. The Service operator informs that restrictions for usage of cookie files may influence some functions available on the Service internet sites.
  9. Cookie files are also placed in the User’s terminal equipment and might be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
