History

In 1990, Turck Banner Ltd was formed and commenced trading in response to growing customer demand for sales, marketing and technical support of sensors, automation components and systems.

Since its inception, Turck Banner Ltd has established its reputation industry wide for high-quality sensing and control equipment. Because Turck Banner Ltd is always introducing new products and technologies, the number of industries it serves - and the number of applications in those industries - is always growing.

Who we are

Turck Banner Ltd is a joint venture company. The principal shareholders are Hans Turck GmbH & Co. KG of Germany and Banner Engineering Corp. of the USA.

Banner and Hans Turck are recognised industry leaders in sensors and related automation products. Both have worldwide representative networks, and their product lines are strongly complementary.

What we do

Turck Banner Ltd sells, markets, distributes and provides technical support for Turck and Banner products in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Turck Banner Ltd sells directly to end users and OEMs in a broad range of industries and applications - primary markets are automotive, machine building, material handling, packaging, process control and machine safety. In addition, Turck Banner Ltd sells its products through a diverse distribution network ranging from small, specialized sensor distributors to national wholesale distribution houses.

Within the UK, Turck Banner Ltd is a well-established and respected supplier of high-quality products and technical support with major customers in the automotive, nuclear, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food and beverages industries.
