Electrical distribution & management

Through our high profile Merlin Gerin brand, we have become one of the foremost suppliers of electrical distribution equipment for the electrical supply, infrastructure, utility and building industries. Our electrical distribution products are classified as follows;
Low voltage products such as circuit breakers, switches, safety lighting, prefabricated busbar trunking, modular switchgear, Power Line Carrier communication networks and Voice-Data-Image solutions are essentially targeted to the Building market.
Ultra Terminal equipment is used in residential and professional buildings for optimising communication, rapid data transmission and automation.
Medium- voltage equipment is used for transforming energy and transmitting it to the end user.

Automation and control

In the market for automation and control technology we manufacture equipment through the world class brands Telemecanique and Square D. This division of the company offers products to control and supply power to equipment. These include contactors, overload relays, soft starters, speed drives, sensors and operator terminals.
We also provide automation solutions based on PLCs and automation platforms, as well as configuration, programming and operating support software, communication networks and field buses.
